eCommerce/Sales Customer Service Officer (Full Time)
We are looking for an energetic person to assist with running our High Performance online auto parts store via eBay, Email & Phone.

Your skills and attributes:
- Essential – understanding of and experience in operating within online marketplaces - Paypal / Ebay / Amazon etc.
- Excellent customer service via telephone and email
- Excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deal with Item Return servicing and Liaise with our warehouse team to assist with dispatch functions
- Microsoft Office skills essential (including Excel and CSV); Pronto (or other ERP) and Photoshop experience are a plus
- Experience with the Neto platform preferred
- Strong interest and knowledge of General Automotive and High Performance vehicles
- Be multi skilled and comfortable around different technology and software
- Self-starter who is willing to work autonomously to meet goals

SEO Specialist
We require an experienced SEO Specialist to assist in our IT department.
- Are sick of travelling to the city centre for work?
- Would you prefer to work close to home in Sydney's western suburbs?

The successful person will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM and Online Reputation Management. You'll be working with an enthusiastic team in our IT and Marketing Department.
